Hello and welcome to Sardinia!
The house is located in the Baia delle Mimose condo, which is in front of one of the most long sandy beaches in Sardinia.
This place is perfect for those who love nature, being surrounded by the wilderness but having all the comforts in a new fully equipped property.
Few steps away is a restaurant, bar and market.
Especially suitable for families with children.
The villa is right on the beach: a path from our backyard is a 2 minutes walk.
This waterfront has a chic nautical look with white walls, flooring and upholstery and hints of blue and turquoise.
The house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a private parking space for two cars.
The master bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, the kids bedroom has a bunk bed and a third bed beneath; the kids bathroom is huge with a shower and the laundry machine.
On the first floor is the living room with the kitchen and the bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and induction cooktop.
The living room area has 2 large sliding doors, which lead out to the patio and the garden.
Great living room, great for dining, great for dining (with a large table 2 mt X 2 mt that seats up to 12 people) or just relaxing on one of the two big sofas in the Sardinian summer breeze.
The patio has also a kitchen with a sink, another fridge, and a gas hob.
A barbecue is also available.
The house is in the North - West coast of Sardinia.
The Badesi coastline, with its beaches that stretch for kilometers and sandy dunes, sits at the eastern edge of the Asinara Gulf.

Absolutely beautiful house and location. A three minute walk over lovely dunes to the sea. The water is calm and clear, beach is quiet and not crowded. Lots to do in the area or just relax at the house and beach. Perfect for kids, beach toys and some games too!

We spent a really lovely 10 days in July. The house is right on the beach…and what a beach! Wonderfully clean and surprisingly quiet. The house has everything you need and Gioia was really helpful and responsive. Absolutely loved spending time here. Thanks!

We had a very pleasent stay at the villa. What you see is what you get. There is one difference in the images which is the garden. There is a wooden fence now, but this is very welcome.
The house is very clean and very well equipped. The kitchen inside is small but modern (induction cooker), but there is an outdoor kitchen with gas, which we used most. The outdoor area is big, has plenty of space for a family with a very groomed garden.
The furniture is cosy and the interior design is meditarrenean and beautiful. Also the kids room is furnished lovely as well as the bedrooms. The laundry room is big. Air condition is working properly. I mention that because this is not always a secure thing in italy.
Contact to the owner was extremely friendly and they responded within one hour always.
There is also a very helpful booklet in the house. It has the most important information about the house as well as information about what to do, where to eat and which beaches to visit.
We enjoyed our stay very much and there is really nothing to complain about.
