The place is exactly like in the images. It's quite comfortable and has everything you need.
The entry to the place is a bit weird. At first, I didn't understand the instructions the landlady told me, because you don't have to go upstairs the minute you enter the building and the doors, but have to go to the back patio and then to another building where you go upstairs. But there's no problem with that once you find it.

Very good location. In nice area. Bus station in front of the house. Tram station over the corner. 20 min walk to Old Town. Cafeterias in same house - easy to get a good breakfast. The apartment is located in an inner courtyard, away from street noise. Good value for money. Despite its small size, everything basic was there. Good free WiFi.

Appartement joliment rénové avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner et passer quelques jours. Emplacement au top a 20min de la vieille ville, au calme. Bien insonorisé. Personnel agréable.
Le canapé-lit est vraiment très dur, dos sensible s'abstenir. Le store n occulte que très peu la lumière de la ville. Un grille-pain aurait été la bienvenue. Sinon tout ok.
