Very Central Studio apartment in the heart of Riga

Locates very well. Kitchenette is equipped nicely , bed is comfy and the toilet is clean. The apartment had everything you’ll need even for a long stay.

I found some dust and hair underneath the table, everything except that is perfect!

The apartment is in an excellent location in the heart of Riga, within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and both the kitchen and bathroom were spacious enough for a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, a major issue occurred during my stay, as there was no hot water for approximately two and a half days. This had a significant impact on my experience and caused considerable inconvenience. What disappointed me most was not the technical problem itself, as such issues can happen and may be outside the host's direct control. The main issue was how the situation was handled. There were other available apartments and rooms in the building, but I was never offered an alternative accommodation while the problem was being resolved. A temporary move to another room would have greatly improved the situation and reduced the inconvenience. I believe that properties should have a contingency plan for situations like this, especially when basic amenities such as hot water are unavailable for several days. The lack of an alternative solution negatively affected my overall experience. To the host's credit, they eventually resolved the matter professionally and agreed to provide a 50% refund for the affected days, which I appreciate. Overall, this is a comfortable apartment in a fantastic central location. However, the handling of the hot water issue could have been much better, and this unfortunately had a noticeable impact on my stay.

Очень чисто, функционально, хозяйка быстро отвечала, но только через сообщения. Очень чисто, тепло. Все мелочи решались мгновенно. Так я не нашла пульт от телевизора, но тут же новый пульт был доставлен в номер. Хорошая современная плита, посуда, чайник, тостер, стиральная машина, фен. Продумана каждая деталь, вплоть до регулируемого стола для компьютера. Микроволновой печи нет, скорее всего, некуда поставить. Новая, современная сантехника. Отличный вай-фай. Большая удобная кровать с безупречным постельным бельём, прекрасные одеяла и подушки. Выбрала студию из-за расположения, но с удовольствием вернусь ещё раз, мне было комфортно.
