Appartamento accogliente e dotato di qualsiasi confort, vicinissimo alla metro Nervion e in una zona tranquilla, con tutti i servizi a disposizione. Se dovessi tornare a Siviglia, sceglierei ancora questo appartamento!

Le calme et l’emplacement

Muy bien ubicado. En la zona hay mucho aparcamiento, es zona azul o verde. Pero un par de calles cerca es zona blanca. Está acondicionado con todo lo necesario para pasar unas noches. No hay ruido. La cama es muy cómoda, y el sofá cama también. La chica ha sido muy amable siempre y cordial.

1) The host Jose was very nice by messages and at handing the key (but in the end, when he asked us about the flat I wrote he was great but we didn't like the flat he even didn't ask "why") 2) Easy to get from the airport by a direct bus 3) It is clean

1) LOCATION (well, it is our fault to miss it and be charmed by other reviews of 9 "perfect location") - yeah, it is close to the metro/bus stop, but there is no metro in the historical part of the city. So it will take you 25-30 min walking or 20-30 min by bus 5/metro to get there. Don't get people who wrote an excellent location! It is horrible, to be precise. 2) AIR CONDITIONER - during winter you will use it as a heater. It is quite noisy and located just above the head, above the bed. Thankfully, we were too tired from walking to this flat so we didn't have problems with sleeping. 3) WATER - the boiler is quite small, it might be fast but it is not enough to have a shower for two people. We were making breaks 20 min between our showers but it didn't help us, only extremely quick showers. 4) WIFI - we had problems twice: once in the morning and once in the evening. We didn't have the internet on our phones, so we were not able to inform the host about problems. The router is not located in the flat so you will not be able to reload it by yourself! We have to walk to the wifi zone in the shopping mall in the morning to inform about the problem. And in the last evening, we just hoped that it will work the next day. 5) NO HEATING IN THE BATHROOM - it is quite typical for Spanish flats, but then there are electric heaters in the majority of flats/hotels. Extremely cold after getting out from a shower! 6) The flat looks worse in the reality in the pictures - unfortunately, we didn't take pictures except one. It is not fresh and modern as on pictures. Also, please remove the plastic bowls from the wardrobe! It looks horrible. THE CONCLUSION: We highly don't recommend this flat! Don't waste your time and money (even it is a budget flat, due to all minuses it doesn't worth 65 euro per night!) I am pretty sure you can do a better choice.
