Quite comfortable apartments within the city limits.

The apartments are located on the outskirts of the city, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The beach nearby is quite dirty. There could have been more dishes in the accommodation. The bathroom lacks hooks and shelves. The second bathroom with a toilet was unusable: the toilet wasn’t connected to water, and the shower was broken. The balcony doors in the large room didn’t close properly, so noise from the street could be heard. The dryer on the balcony was broken, so we had to buy a clothesline and make an improvised drying rack. During the entire stay, the bed linens and towels were not changed. It was difficult to communicate with the owner, Marcel, as he did not answer calls or messages.

Nahe am Strand, Wohnung sauber (auf dem ersten Blick- Küche mussten wir putzen) zentral

Wir mussten in der Hitze auf die Hausmeisterin warten, obwohl unser Taxifahrer den genauen Zeitpunkt der Ankunft durchgehenden hat. Unterkunft war sauber aber die Versprechungen seitens der Gastgeber waren nicht erfüllt. Es fehlten Stühle, Tische, Bettwäsche und ein Tisch (waren in der großen Wohnung für 9 Personen, diese war aber nur für 4 -5Personen ausgestattet). Nur 1 Kochtopf für alle, war echt schwierig! Laut Buchung müssten wir Meerblick und Balkon haben- beides nicht vorhanden. Direkt an der Straße, also sehr laute Nachtgeräusche. Der Boabeach Strand war sehr sehr dreckig und ungepflegt. Die Häuser rechts daneben sehr herunter gekommen und viele arme Gestalten drauf. Denen sollte mal geholfen werden! Haben uns dann damit abgefunden, war aber sehr unangenehm. Die scheinen noch nicht so recht für west europäische Touristen vorbereitet zu sein.

È in posizione strategica rispetto alla spiaggia. Appartamento 2 camere e 2 bagni ampio e luminoso.

Non è "vista mare" come da descrizione, ma fronte strada super trafficata a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. È sopra all'uscita delle cappe di aspirazione della cucina del ristorante... quindi se non tieni chiuso per il rumore e l'aria pesante da smog, tieni chiuso per gli odori del cibo. Scordatevi la brezza marina. La padrona di casa ha tentato di darci un appartamento più piccolo, dopo che avevamo prenotato e pagato quello grande. Siamo riusciti ad avere quello per cui abbiamo pagato solo grazie all'intermediazione della signora dell'agenzia. La padrona di casa non è stata disponibile a sostituire le lampadine bruciate della sala, a fornire le pile del telecomando del condizionatore e lo scopino del water dicendo che erano "spese piccole" e potevamo sostenerle noi. Non ha risposto alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni quando mancava l'acqua e l'ascensore non funzionava (l'appartamento è al 5' piano). La cucina non è attrezzata se non con qualche piatto, bicchiere e posata. Di due pentole, una senza coperchio, l'altra nel forno con dell'acqua dentro che non abbiamo osato toccare. Niente cavatappi, coltello che taglia o tazze per la colazione.

Működtek a klímák. Kényelmesek voltak az ágyak.

Egy megbízott adta át a szállást. Ez az ember azt sem tudta hol és mi van. Mivel négyen mentünk kértünk két kulcsot mivel a lifthez is kellett de ezt a kérést figyelembe se vették! Nappali világítása nem működött, ígérte meg lesz csinálva. De akkor láttuk először és utoljára is. Az erkélyről az útra meg egy ipari kölcsönzőre nézett. A zaj hozta a nyugalmat.Tengerre néző terasz nem létezett pedig a bookingon így hírdették és persze az emelt árat fizettük. Ágynemű az az egy garnitúra amivel átvettük! A konyhai felszerelés csapnivaló!

Questo appartamento a Valona è semplicemente perfetto! Situato in una posizione ideale, direttamente sul lungomare. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto, con tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza indimenticabile. L'aria condizionata è presente in ogni stanza, garantendo un piacevole refrigerio anche nelle giornate più calde. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e accogliente, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Il parcheggio privato è un valore aggiunto non trascurabile. La spiaggia è a pochi passi, così come i numerosi ristoranti, bar e locali che animano il lungomare.
