Apartament w dobrym standardzie, znajdujący się na 4 piętrze. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Możliwość zamówienia sprzątania w trakcie pobytu w cenie apartamentu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą apartamentu. Mała odległość publicznej plaży jest również dużym atutem. Parking podziemny - bardzo ciasny, ale jednak było miejsce.
Zaniżony metraż apartamentu, w rzeczywistości jest mniejszy niż jest podane w ogłoszeniu. Trochę słabo wyposażona kuchnia, tylko podstawowe rzeczy.
