The house is lovely, with all the amenities you could need (the washing machine was especially welcome on the tail end of a long trip). The owner was amazing, and even after we locked ourselves out, was extremely helpful and came right away. The location is great in the village next to the Chora and so is quiet at night, with a nice little courtyard for your morning coffee.
The only slight difficulty was that there’s quite a few stairs to get there, which were a bit hard with two large suitcases, but nothing insurmountable!

- very clean and modern - 5-10min walk from Chora (via stairs, pack light) - quiet to sleep - easy communication with owner
Bed seemed very comfortable but the mattress was very hard. Keep in mind that you need to walk some stairs to reach the location, we packed light so was no problem

Exactly as shown in the pictures. The owner is very friendly, quick to respond, and always ready to help.
The property is located in the old area of Sikinos and is not accessible by car or motorbike—only on foot via some steps - 5 minutes walking. Prices could be slightly lower, though this seems to be a general trend across the Greek islands.

Bel appartement spacieux, neuf et bien équipé au rez de chaussée d’une maison de village. Literie confortable . Accueil , gentillesse et efficacité de Theodora.
Accès difficile, car uniquement à pied avec une longue série d’escaliers. La partie du village ayant les tavernes et commerces sont de l’autre côté. Aucun espace suffisant et privé extérieur hormis l’espace pour mettre une chaise à l’entrée qui donne dans la rue passante.
