About this apartment rental
1 st floor studio , single space with one double bed and a single one , with two verandas one in front and one back, one bathroom and a second outside shower both with hot water giving you the possibility to shower at night looking at the stars A quite lovely space which can give you relaxing moments,150 meters in front of a lovely beach of ios. Minimal architecture and respect for the enviroment. Only 5 min walking from Yialou beach, 5 min from Hospital, 10 min from supermarket, 10 min walking from Ios port, 10 min walking from bus to (Chora or Mylopotas or Koumbara). We also have 2 lovely cats ,on the ground floor, so please inform ,before booking, if you have a dog.

Very nice little house, there is all what you need. Is in a very nice hidden location, just a few minutes by walk from the beach, port, market and resteurants. Lovely host, highly raccomended.

- While this property is slightly off the beaten track, it is close to the bus stop going into town.
- For my stay I hired an ATV, it made the experience easier, however the dock is easily within walking distance
- There are two balconies to chill out on while looking upon the neighbouring area/mountains.
- no complications whatsoever with the booking, although I will mention someone is living below.
- since I was staying in peak summer, I was initially worried that there wasnt any air conditioning, but the air flow is incredible. A combination of a ceiling fan and windows was more than enough to cool down.

Fabulous studio with privacy in lovely quiet location, but near to all the shops and restaurants. Athina was extremely helpful and very flexible about arrival /departure times.
I really liked the fact that this studio was on its own away from other holidaymakers!
Athina's mother Alice, who lives on the ground floor, was lovely too, helpful and friendly but very respectful of our privacy.
I would definitely stay there again.
