This place is like a cozy studio getaway tucked on a small hill near Brown Boulevard. It’s only about a 10-minute drive from downtown Chishang, but it feels much more peaceful and removed from the busy tourist pace. I could park right in front of my room, which made unloading my luggage easier. Right next to the property there’s a school and a covered basketball court. I borrowed a basketball from the host and shot around for a bit before heading back to my room within two minutes, took a shower , threw my clothes into the washing machine, then crashed onto the sofa with the TV. Honestly, it felt more like temporarily living here than “traveling.” The small kitchen setup was perfect for making tea at night. I made some red oolong milk tea, opened my laptop, and worked while listening to birds and insects outside. If you’re a digital nomad or remote worker looking for somewhere quiet to reset your brain, this place really hits the sweet spot. In the morning, I woke up to the sound of the nearby school bell, which reminded me of childhood mornings. There’s also a small trail behind the property — about a 10-minute walk up — where you get an amazing overlook of Brown Boulevard and the rice fields. I probably never would’ve found that spot if I hadn’t stayed here. After a hot shower, having a simple whole-food style breakfast while catching up on morning news felt incredible. Before checkout, I still had enough time to sit at the dining table, finish some work tasks, and ease into the day instead of rushing out. Staying only one night honestly felt too short. Next time, I’d definitely stay at least three or four days — work, slow down, and enjoy life for a bit.

On rainy days, many small insects linger near lights. They look a bit scary, but they won't attack people.

Bed Room was rather small and compact, though the living and dinning area is fairly big and equipped. Staff were friendly and extend helpfulness in resolution. Breakfast was good though it is packed breakfast. It's healthy and comes with hot/warm rice porridge soup.

The compact bed room, it's small and tight but within also includes a massage chair in one of the 2 rooms. Better to be in the living room, extending some extra space to the small room, beside sharing the chair with the other in the apartment.

地點清幽，可以用走路的到天堂路，很喜歡這裡的寧靜。有幾條狗，還有鄰居的貓咪。空間夠大，每個人都有自己的區域，也有簡易的廚房可以使用。老闆很貼心，對於所提的問題都很熱心協助。所附的早餐很健康，也能夠吃得很飽。

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from the rustic rice fields next to Mr Brown Ave. My tour companions and I went for a walk at 7am for both mornings that we were there. It was a very serene experience.
