We had a wonderful 2-nights here in Chishang. The weather was rainy but we really enjoyed having a break from the sun and cycling around the fields with the bikes provided by this homestay.
The room was very nice. Wifi, AC, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The host was very friendly and we commented well with a translation app.
It is about 25 min walk to train station which we managed with backpacks. There is some nice local food in the town, easy to walk or cycle to from the homestay.
If we had not already made plans for the next day on our slow journey back to Taipei we would have stayed one more night. We absolutely recommend staying here!

A great location near the rice fields. The room was comfortable and offered a lovely view. Delicious home made breakfast
It was not easy to contact the owner. Our room was on the ground floor, right next to the kitchen, so it was quite noisy early in the morning.
