The property is in a great location, walkable to the park and the beach, it’s very convenient. Love that my family and I could eat at the property and take our time as we eased into our day.
Not being familiar with the area, and not having a vehicle, it was difficult to locate delivery. I needed milk and coffee and ended up spending over $40 for delivery. While, it’s minor compared to most places. The back fence and window screen needs repair.
