Cosy Paris

Leider war das Appartement kurzfristig wegen eines Problemes nicht verfügbar. Der Vermieter Vito hat uns jedoch innerhalb kürzester Zeit Ersatz angeboten. Das Appartement war gut gelegen und mit den Öffis gut erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe etc. war unkompliziert - Vito ist ein echt netter Typ und hat sich sehr um die Lösung des Problemes gekümmert! Gerne wieder!

Initial impressions were not good as the entrance hall is scruffy and in need of updating. However, upon entering the apartment we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and cleanliness. Also, despite being in the lively district of St-Denis, it was very quiet at night with a comfortable bed and the added bonus of a washing machine. If you like walking, it is only a 30 minute walk to the attractions and is only around the corner from Goncourt Metro Station. Would highly recommend for a city break.

The shower was a little on the small side and the shower head was in need of repair.

L'hôte qui gère l'établissement est très réactif et é réagi très vite quand j'avais des questions. L'appartement est idéalement situé, près de République et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour travailler et dormir.

L'emplacement et le calme de la rue la nuit

le bruit des voisins, on entend tout à travers les murs, la déco à revoir car triste et trop épurée : ça manque de chaleur, les éclairages sont à revoir, on sent que c'est un appart qui a été rénové soi-même et équipement un peu sheap
