Cosy Paris

La posizione in una zona vicino alla metro e comoda per visitare Parigi, in un quartiere giovane e vivace, pieno di locali, ristoranti e supermercati. Ha uno spazio molto ampio per soggiorno e letto con anche un angolo cucina, con tutta l’attrezzatura indispensabile, caffè e tè messi a disposizione.

C’era un odore FORTISSIMO di spray chimico per ambienti che credo provenisse dal bagno, impossibile da arieggiare perché provvisto solo di una piccola finestrella per me difficile da raggiungere. C’è il WiFi ma non c’erano istruzioni per connettersi, ho dovuto chiedere allo staff che mi ha risposto gentilmente. Mancavano però bagnoschiuma e shampoo: ho scoperto, dopo che li avevo già comprati, che c’erano dei flaconi chiusi a chiave in uno sgabuzzino e l’ho scoperto mentre cercavo disperatamente il phon che però nell’appartamento non c’era. Mi è stato risposto dallo staff che era segnalato che non ci fosse il phon - ma non era così - e che sarà montato prossimamente un phon a muro. C’era però il sapone per mani e due paia di asciugamani, molto apprezzati. Lo staff comunica di default in francese

Leider war das Appartement kurzfristig wegen eines Problemes nicht verfügbar. Der Vermieter Vito hat uns jedoch innerhalb kürzester Zeit Ersatz angeboten. Das Appartement war gut gelegen und mit den Öffis gut erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe etc. war unkompliziert - Vito ist ein echt netter Typ und hat sich sehr um die Lösung des Problemes gekümmert! Gerne wieder!

Initial impressions were not good as the entrance hall is scruffy and in need of updating. However, upon entering the apartment we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and cleanliness. Also, despite being in the lively district of St-Denis, it was very quiet at night with a comfortable bed and the added bonus of a washing machine. If you like walking, it is only a 30 minute walk to the attractions and is only around the corner from Goncourt Metro Station. Would highly recommend for a city break.

The shower was a little on the small side and the shower head was in need of repair.

le bruit des voisins, on entend tout à travers les murs, la déco à revoir car triste et trop épurée : ça manque de chaleur, les éclairages sont à revoir, on sent que c'est un appart qui a été rénové soi-même et équipement un peu sheap
