Obiekt został wybrany ze względu na bliskość lotniska Bari -jako ostatni etap podróży przed odlotem do Polski. Spędziliśmy tam tylko wieczór i noc. W tym charakterze spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Kontakt z właścicielem przez Whatsapp, przystępna instrukcja zameldowania oraz przydatne informacje o pobliskich barach i restauracjach, W pokoju kawa, herbata, herbatniki i dżem. Z oferowanej możliwości transferu nie korzystaliśmy, gdyż dysponowaliśmy samochodem z wypożyczalni.
