Masseria Sant'Anna

We stayed for only one night, but overall we had a very pleasant experience. The room was a decent size, comfortable, and equipped with excellent air conditioning, which was very welcome during our stay. Despite being relatively close to the airport, the property was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to rest well. The breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed after a late arrival and a tiring journey from the airport. The location is also very convenient for travellers using Bari Airport. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for a short stopover.

The authentic look inside and out of the building was so appealing. The personnel were very courteous and attentive always and many of them. Trust worthy cleaning crew. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms space wonderful, the shower space and quality excellent. We enjoyed the patio. And the restaurants, cafe and bar really close. And the walk to the beach great location. Peaceful. Clean and great sheets. What you see on website is true!

Only one thing was the mattress too thin and the bed very noise to get out and in.

The location is decent, but keep in mind that it requires a 10–15 minute walk to the train station, followed by a 10–12 minute train ride to reach the city center. There isn’t much to see in the immediate area around the hotel, apart from the coastline, which features a rocky beach. However, if you're up for a 30-minute walk along the shore, you'll eventually reach livelier areas with more activity.

The staff were not particularly friendly. The WiFi was essentially unusable due to an extremely weak signal, and reporting the issue did not lead to any resolution. If your room is located on the ground floor, be prepared for noise from the breakfast hall starting early in the morning.
