Neptune

Proximity to families' home in Fourth Avenue. Nicely renovated cottage with ample amenities, comfortable furnishings and beds. Adequate heating and cooling when required and a great modern fire place. Close access to ferry and coffee van.

En-suite bathroom and / or second toilet would have been great.

Alles, wat een fijn ruim huis. Alle details aanwezig. Loopafstand van ferry en trails.

We hadden er langer willen blijven!

The house design, open floor plan, large modern bathroom with both shower and bathtub, comfy beds, wood floor, tasteful artsy furnishings and decor, the perfectly equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining area, the wraparound deck with glass doors accessible from almost every room, the landscaped front and side yards and mature trees in the backyard, and the location (koalas in gum trees right around the corner). We woke up well-rested to bird songs, took our morning coffee at the bistro table on the porch, strolled around the wraparound deck and found two very nice discoveries: a wooden sauna cabin on the other side of the deck and four owls that were settling into the backyard trees.

we would give the property a 10 (instead of the 9 we gave) had it not been for some cleaning oversight. While the bathroom and kitchen were all clean and gleaming, the room floors and rugs weren’t properly vacuumed.
