Very pretty location.

Not so much to do in the area, need to drive at least 40 minutes to attractions. We ran out of hot water on our first night, few of us had to have cold showers.

Quiet area with lots of waterfowl. Tasteful interior with potential to be great if they invest in a decent mattress or two.

The king bed was atrocious! Both sides sagged so much in the middle that even my lightweight body sunk into a cavern - it was like painfully lying with my head and legs hanging out of a bucket! I tried an upstairs single bed for the first night, which was also saggy, and my husband moved to the centre of the king, because his side was sagging too. For the other two nights I slept in the downstairs double. The whole reason people book accommodation is to have somewhere to sleep, and it’s the difference between having a great next day or a horrible, tired, aching one. It’s disrespectful of the owners to take so much money and have such a terrible mattress. The TV in the bedroom had no sound and the lounge suite is also saggy, so I think the unit (9) is getting a bit tired in general.
