The location.
Poor quality toilet paper and tissues, which ran out. No hot water at kitchen sink.

Good location with only a short stroll into town across the park.
Clean and tidy on arrival. Everything you need to cook up a storm. Very relaxing stay at the cottage.
Key pick up at the local agent was simple out of hours.
That sense of luxury was missing with all the mismatched crockery when serving dinner.
