Perfect location. 5 minutes walk to beautiful palace, gardens, monastery, hop on hop off bus and train station. In a quiet street with a nuce cafe, Coche, and a shop close by

Musty smell on entering, but it vleared quickly. They wanted me to pay an extra €15 to go in 30 minutes early, even though the place was ready and we were out in the rain

這間旅館沒有發給我pass code，我多花了近十歐元打電話聯繫，才開始傳簡訊給我check-in，朋友相對地沒有這些問題存在。

Guest ready was not ready for us when we arrived. Keys were not in the key lock box and we were told to wait until 5:00 pm it was 3 pm when we arrived. We did put our time of arrival for 3:30 pm. We couldn’t go far with our luggage so we waited. At 5 pm still no keys. We were thinking to book a hotel close by when at 5::22 pm the cleaner open the door from the inside. For me it’s unprofessional for the company they declare they are and also for the money we were charge you expect perfectionism. Also I never seen such a big cockroach in my life.
