Location was great. Easy access to all public transport and in a quiet area. Great size flat and plenty of built-in storage.Cooking facilities were well equipped with plenty of pots and pans.
The shower was excellent with great water pressure.
Walls are quite thin and visitors in the flat upstairs can sound quite loud.
Pillows were functional but not amazing
Stairs up to the flat are very steep.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and perfectly located, especially if you are attending an event at the Congress Center. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, making the stay very pleasant. Communication with the host was excellent. They answered all my questions quickly and were always very helpful. I also really appreciated that they kindly brought a heater, which made the apartment even more comfortable.
It would have been perfect to have the heating system on when I arrived, as it took a little while to warm up. After that, and with the additional heater, the apartment was very pleasant. It would also have been nice to have a few coffee capsules for the machine and toiletries for more than just one day.

Incredibly narrow and steep stairs difficult with luggage. Shower kept leaking across bathroom floor leading to very slippery tiles and a terrible smell. I eventually found and removed hair plugging the shower drain (disgusting) which stopped the water flooding the bathroom. Cleaners should pay attention and clear blocked drains!
