Belle surface d'appartement. La propreté. L'ascenseur. La climatisation (assez bruyante). Grande salle de bains (avec flexible de douche).
La rue très bruyante. Parking dans la rue payant (mais ce n'est pas cher). Il manque une table basse de salon et beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine (couverts, plats...)

L’emplacement est idéal, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Vérone. Hôte réactif
Le canapé était taché ainsi que la banquette (repose-pied). Les équipements de la cuisine était rudimentaires. Il manquait de nombreux éléments de base : essuis-tout, papier toilette supplémentaire. Les lumières de la salle de bain ne fonctionnaient pas sauf une seule.
