Bed was lovely, room was nice and quite a nice view, close to the train and shopping.
It was really difficult to get the key, We didnt get into Melbourne until after midnight. The hotel was called a different name to what we were told. No one told us how to get a key, our son got it earlier in the day for us and found it difficult to find the people who were renting it. It took him a couple of hours. Very frustrating. No information was given to us regarding wifi and we spent a fortune on our phones buying local data.

Very good location, loads of nearby restaurants, a 24 hour convenience store 700m down the road, super safe area, private and secure. Child loved the pool, adult loved that it was heated, other adult loved that it was rooftop. Hosts were very good with their information, letting me know everything, and they handled the after hours check in really well
Parking cost extra, but can sort of understand. Pool is a bit of a hike to Tower Two

It’s alright. We just have to pick up from a diffrent address which is nearby, but hard to find a parking.
No paper towels to kitchen and not enough pillows on bed. Maybe wash the throw pillow covers.

Location was good.
Second bedroom was very small. No shelves in the room only hanging. The couch was stained and smelt and not comfortable and needs to be replaced.
