Location, communication and facilities
The bathroom had a fair bit of mould along the silicone, and a bad smell coming from the drain

Clean and good amenities. Very near to tram. We travel with limited clothing so it is quite nice to be able to wash clothes in the apartment.
Great place for short stay but the mattress in the rooms are quite soft and I am not used to it, and it is quite difficult to navigate the parking, although the owner does provides detailed written instructions.

Clean, great facilities, great location and view
Just needs a little more basic amenities such as milk and bikkies

Breakfast was not included in the package.
While the bathroom was not dirty, it could have better cleaning done in the bathroom ( the shower glass door definitely could have been cleaner - there were stains on it).
