Bright & Lovely @ Balwyn Townhouse w parking BBQ

Nice & clean inside the property, however the outside facilities were terrible

Dirty bbq Accomadation sleeps 6 people - we were a party of 4 adults & on arrival there were only 2 cups/mugs & glasses to share between us. Not exactly a good standard. However the management did rectify the problem after requesting photos as proof. After a 30 hour flight from the UK I was not exactly impressed. Weed infested outdoor space that needed clearing up. No outdoor furniture to sit on except for 2 chairs on the deck that were covered in bird poo. Extremely rude & arrogant neighbour who wouldn’t even let us take our luggage out of the car before he started shouting at us to move the car(which wasn’t in his way at all). No instructions on how to manage/regulate the heating/cooling system so we were either freezing cold or boiling hot.
