Lux 1 bedroom Executive Apt in Box Hill

Location is great with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, the train station and the tram stops. Host is very responsive.

Foremost, I didn't like that I had to pick and drop off the key at the next building just across a lane about a min walk. Being a lone female traveller with more than 2 bags, it is really inconvenient. To top it off, I had to leave for the airport at 4.45am. Once the key is dropped off, there is no way to get back into the building. I had to carry all my bags back to the front of the apartment and wait by the side of the road for Uber which took 25 min to get to me. Didn't feel safe in the cold and dark. All pillows are super flat. Extra linen/ blankets etc are just stored haphazardly and I personally feel they need a good wash and stains on chairs. Therefore I question the high cleaning fee. No kitchen cloth nor oven mitts provided. A plus is the clothes dryer.
