Fall in love with Roma Vaticano - 5 Minutes from the Vatican - balcony with a view

It is a nice apartment, good for families or groups of up to six people. It features three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a washing machine, a kitchen, a dining area, and air conditioning (just in the bedrooms). The building is well located (a 10–15 minute walk from the entrance to the Vatican) and has an elevator. The apartment offers free amenities that are very useful for travelers, such as coffee, food items, and condiments. We appreciated the extra set of clean towels they provided (a nice touch). The two hosts, Marzia and Tony, are very kind and welcoming; they greeted us personally upon arrival and provided very precise, clear instructions.

The shower stalls are very small; one of the showerheads doesn't work properly (it can't handle the water pressure). The living room lacks air conditioning; there is only a fan, which is insufficient. The washing machine is positioned too close to one of the toilets, making it difficult to unload clean laundry. A washing machine is provided, but no detergent (they left a nearly empty bottle); there was barely any shampoo and no shower gel. What really bothered me was the hosts describing items like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels, and detergent as "favors”, claiming they aren't usually included in the rental (I think they are confusing a long-term rental with a vacation rental). Regardless of whether it is standard practice or not, when these items are listed on the website as part of the rental, providing them is mandatory. It is NOT a favor or a gift, but something included in the price paid—and one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. I don't think they should present them as "favors" or act as if they are giving us a gift (we are paying for the full package advertised online).

Nous tenions à vous remercier sincèrement pour votre accueil lors de notre séjour à Rome. L’appartement est vraiment superbe, nous nous y sommes sentis parfaitement bien. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié votre gentillesse ainsi que toutes vos attentions. Les petits déjeuners étaient un vrai plaisir, et nous souhaitions aussi souligner la grande gentillesse du barman du bar où nous les prenions : son accueil chaleureux a vraiment marqué nos matinées. L’emplacement est également idéal, notamment avec le supermarché juste en face où l’on trouve tout facilement et où il est possible de manger pour pas cher, ce qui est très appréciable. Près du Vatican 🇻🇦 Merci encore pour tout, vous avez largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable.

Close to the city center, with the Vatican practically “around the corner.” The windows don’t face the street, so it’s generally quiet. Shops and restaurants are nearby, great contact with owners, italian breakfast ;) and the view from the balcony overlooks St. Peter’s Basilica- what more could you want? 🙂 Highly recommended!

W mieszkaniu są absolutnie wszystkie udogodnienia jakich można potrzebować w trakcie kilkudniowego pobytu - w pełni wyposażona, nowoczesna kuchnia z kuchenką indukcyjną, przestronny pokój dzienny, uroczy balkonik i sypialnia oddalona nieco od okna, dzięki czemu noce prześpisz bez zakłóceń. Gospodarze są bardzo mili i pomocni, pozostają w kontakcie z Tobą podczas całego pobytu. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie, słodkie śniadania w sąsiedztwie Śniadanie w kawiarnii obok, do wyboru croissant z nadzieniem oraz kawa, dla nas wystarczająco :)
