You can walk to St Peter's in 15 minutes down Via Gregorio VII with its variety of shops bars and market and many buses for all main attractions stop across the road.
Supermarkets, restaurants and bars at a few steps.

In a smart building on a quiet residential street, behind the Vatican State, in a safe lively area. It conserves original precious marble floorings and some antique pieces like the magnificent original Venini Murano chandelier and the antique sofa in the sitting room close to modern design.
There is a spacious entrance, 4 beautiful double bedrooms with Queen size beds, all with ensuite bathroom and flat screen tv, a spacious sunny elegant sitting room, rare to find, with beautiful original marble floors and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
From the dining area, where you will find plenty of sitting place to enjoy all together, a french window takes you out onto a charming relaxing furnished terrace shaded and secluded by green trees.
Born as a family home the apartment has a characteristic unique blend of new and old. Memories of it's past in the antique books, records and paintings together with modern comforts and art.
Our guests can relax and rest in the lovely spacious sitting room, maybe after a warm bath in the jetted tubs and enjoy cooking if they wish in the new modern fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, 5 burner cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer.
There are also an electric Espresso/cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, plenty of crockery and all cooking utensils.
The bedrooms are in different styles and colors, all with high quality mattresses and linens, duvets in winter months, wide windows, spacious wardrobes, flat screen tv and ensuite lovely bathrooms. 2 bathrooms have jetted baths and cromotherapy. Tubs are divided from the bedrooms by a glass panel and are conveniently positioned so that you can even watch tv while relaxing in your bath! The other 2 bathrooms have showers.
You will find hairdryers in all rooms and an iron with ironing board.
We have given all rooms a different name:
- St. Peter's. A modern spacious room with parquet flooring window and french window onto private balcony. Lovely room with stunning black and white bathroom with jetted tub
- St. Angelo. A classic bright and elegant room with marble floors. A beautiful spacious room with desk for who needs to work even while being on holiday... Elegant bathroom with jetted tub
- Colosseum. A warm cozy double bedroom with parquet flooring, wide windows, bathroom with shower
- Spagna. A pretty modern double bedroom with parquet flooring, wide windows, white bed and furnishings and lavender colored walls, bathroom with shower.
All the house is Wifi connected with fast fiber navigation.

We can supply cot free of charge.
Final cleaning fee of Euro 160 must be paid cash on arrival.
Central and very well connected to Termini and airports you can reach us by public transport. However we can book car or minivan with driver and also baby sitter, bycicles for rent and guide service on request.
For our guests with cars there is no problem to find free parking along the road or we can book you a garage.
