This was the 2nd time we stayed at Theiveley Pike View. The house suits us as it has a downstairs en suite bedroom ideal for my husband and I plus 3 bedrooms & bathroom upstairs for everyone else. We love the large kitchen/dinner with enough room for everyone at the table and the secure garden for the dog. Also we love Worsthorne village with its pubs and village shop.
Both times we have stayed at this property we have found the oven shelf/tray to be very greasy and dirty and had to clean it before we could use the grill. Also the main ceiling light in the downstairs bedroom didn't work so we had to just use the lamps which was not ideal for me.

The property was very well thought out with everything we needed. The property was also very clean.
It would have been useful to have some cleaning materials for the toilets to use during our stay.

It was a family trip back to visit relatives the accommodation was perfect as it had a ground floor room for our 100 year old mother and 3 comfortable bedrooms for the rest of the party
The only thing that would improve the property are some lamps in the lounge , overhead lights are a bit bright for TV watching and mattresses on the soft side
