Never met the host in person but she was very helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to provide suggestions for places of interest and foodies haunts.

I stayed at the apartment for approx 3 weeks and took it for granted that periodical housekeeping will be provided. Turned out it wasn't included in the peak season room rate. Cleaning request incurred additional charge. Mattress and pillows were on the very firm side. It wasn't comfortable for a tired body. Tenants would not want to take them home. 😝 I mentioned both of the above to the host and she gracefully accepted my honest comments. This next one is not so much of "what I didn't like" but rather what I would've loved to see. The deco was basic and didn't have that homely feel where tenants would rather stay in than be out in the hot local weather. But I guess holidays are meant for exploring and not couped up inside. 😬 Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Thanks Alison.
