The staff were excellent: very attentive, polite, helpful and accommodating. They helped us with our bags both before check-in and after check-out, which made the stay much easier.
The location is wonderful, right on Via del Corso and within walking distance of many of Rome’s main attractions. It is a very convenient base for exploring the city on foot.
Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator directly to the room. Reception is on the first floor, with an elevator only up to the area outside reception. Guests should be aware of this if stairs are a deal breaker. For us, it was acceptable. No big deal.

El personal es increíble, María, Carla y Martina. Unos soletes.Te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. La ubicación perfecta si quieres estar a 5' de todo. Habitación amplia y baño grande. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas al hacer el check out. Hay cafetera en la habitación, sin coste. Todo perfecto. Al no haber personal de noche, entras con código, sin problema.
A las 7 de la mañana se empieza a despertar el mundo y se escucha algo de ruido. Estas en el centro, no hay más. Con darse media vuelta si no eres de madrugar, listo.

The room space and the location
One guy really helped me at the time of the check in and helped me with the luggages
1-It’s not a hotel - it’s like an hostel
2- no elevator to get your luggages to the first floor
3- they said that they are not providing a tissue box or dental kit or shower cap etc.
