Öncelikle resepsiyonda çalışan Maria'ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Her şey için çok yardımcı oldu ve çok canayakındı. Otele ilk girişimizden itibaren kendimizi çok iyi hissettirdi. Diger personeller de güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otel çok temizdi. Oda gayet geniş ve konforluydu. Kettle, kahve makinesi, birçok çeşit kahve ve çay vardı. Odalar her gün temizleniyordu. Konumu mükemmeldi. Pantheon ve Treviye çok yakındı diğer turistik yerlere de otelin önündeki duraktan otobüslerle çok çabuk ulaşabildik.
Sadece asansör olsa iyi olurdu ama otele ilk girişte valizlerimizi odaya çıkarttılar saolsunlar.

The room space and the location One guy really helped me at the time of the check in and helped me with the luggages
1-It’s not a hotel - it’s like an hostel 2- no elevator to get your luggages to the first floor 3- they said that they are not providing a tissue box or dental kit or shower cap etc.
