A very good option near Tour Eiffel

The location is excellent, it's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the area is very safe. We returned from the Tower around midnight and the streets were full of people. The apartment is quite small, typical of Paris, but has everything you need in two separate rooms. I don't think we could have asked for more for a short stay, in our case just one night. I would add that it is very very quiet and we had such a great sleep there.

A nice compact apartment near to effile tower

The apartment is super clean. It's small but they tried to give every basic possible thing. Kitchen with utensils, fans, a sofa cum bed (in living room).

Stairs are very narrow for big bags. Luckily it's on first floor.

A cozy apartment in central Paris

The apartment is small, but it was enough for my family of four. It looks like it's been newly refurbished. It was clean, quiet, warm and cozy. Great location - safe and just a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The location is amazing, 15-20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower on foot. The accommodation was perfect for us (2 adults + 2 children). You can also cook, wash, and iron there; two separate rooms. There is a well-loaded Carefour shop just around the corner :-D Btw, there is luggage drop service (Radical) about a 5-minute walk too. (I recommend Avenue Emil Zola with the friendly personnel; the closest one, Metro Dupleix, was closed during our arrival despite our valid booking and payment ahead!)

The shower cabin was the smallest I've used in my life, but fine :)

Pretty good accomodation for a short stay

We stayed for one night and it was perfect for the duration. The host was very friendly and was accomodating of our requests. Replied to our messages on a timely manner too. The apartment, although a bit small, had everything that was needed. Everything was clean and well-kept. We used the sofabed as a bed and it was comfortable to sleep for a night. Overall, really good experience + bonus points for being less than 20 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower.

Maybe just the size of the apartment, but not a big problem if you're there just to sleep and you're out the rest of the day.

Excepcional :)

El servicio del anfitrión fue excelente: estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra llegada y se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos claramente todo el proceso de ingreso. El apartamento es hermoso, muy bien cuidado y cuenta con todo lo necesario, ideal para cuatro personas. El aseo es impecable y se encontraba muy limpio. La ubicación es excelente: hay dos estaciones de metro a solo tres minutos caminando, lo que permite desplazarse fácilmente a cualquier punto de París. Además, caminando se llega a la Torre Eiffel en aproximadamente 15 minutos. En los alrededores hay muchas tiendas y supermercados que funcionan hasta altas horas de la noche.

Como punto a mejorar, el edificio es muy antiguo y da una sensación de abandono; una remodelación sería muy recomendable.

As fotos não correspondem há realidade do alojamento e a casa de banho é extremamente pequena e a cabine do duche nem dá para tomar banho direito.

Cuando llegamos no estaba bien limpio es muy pequeño para entrar en la cocina de lado si no nada !! El baño lo mismo para ducharse entrar en esa ducha es complicado, no es un apartamento para 4 la mesa hay que abrirla si no no pasas al baño y el sofá cama del comedor muy justo para 2 Los muebles de la habitación del año catapun!! La calle donde está un olor a pis que tienes que entrar con la nariz tapada !! El portal y por donde sentar al edificio parece un poco la casa del terror !!

Muy cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para organizar las comidas diarias. Las instalaciones de cocina baño muy bien equipado! La zona excelente para tomar el metro a cualquier dirección. Sumamente recomendable

Metro y conexiones de transporte bien ubicadas, un poco alejado del centro para ir andando, pero hay tiendas alrededor.

No tenia aire acondicionado y en los meses de verano se nota, dispone de ventiladores que hacen el apaño.

Todo perfecto

Todo perfectamente limpio, nos quedamos una noche y todo lo necesito para nuestra estancia el anfitrión estuvo pendiente en todo momento, la llegada y salida fácil. A pocos minutos andando de la Torre Eiffel , estación de metro cerca, supermercados, tiendas cafeterías todo cerca. Camas cómodas.
