The location was fabulous and the neighborhood so very friendly! Everything was basically clean except for certain items(see below).
The furniture in the living room was shabby and uncomfortable. The couch and pillows were stained. When I turned down the blanket on my bed there was a false eyelash on the bed. For some reason, Uber was difficult to acquire as they kept canceling. I know this doesn’t have anything to do with the property, but it’s a good thing to know for others staying there.

We loved how central it is! We had good on street parking. The staff were very prompt with replies to queries. We were missing the parking permit, however, the owners informed us that they would take responsibility for any parking tickets we would have been issued.
The property only has one bathroom which for 6 people was at times a small challenge. However, this did not affect how much we enjoyed our trip overall.
