Marouan was a fantastic host and came to collect us from the carpark and carried our bag to and from hotel and was always helpful. The roof top terrace was lovely with beautiful view comfortable seating and great umbrellas to provide shade. Best breakfast in Morocco! So much and really delicious. Room was small but well equipped and clean. Lovely modern bathroom which also had a beautiful view. Good A/C.

This is a real gem ! If you are coming to chefchaouen , do yourself a favor and choose Dar kisania for a perfect stay ! 20 out of 10 :) The location is just 3 min from the taxi drop off , on a lovely plaza and the staff comes and help with your luggage. They welcome you in such a way that you instantly feel at home. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the roof top terrace has great views of chefchaouen. Perfect place to start the day with the absolute best bfast you will have in Morocco! The Chef is the sweetest lady and not only is the food amazing , so is the presentation. You will not want to leave !

I had a very nice stay at Dar Kisania last month. The staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in a little early, which is never required but always appreciated. They offered a nice welcome of Moroccan tea with cookies, something I found to be a nice touch while traveling around Morocco. The room was clean and comfortable, though was very small and only a little larger than the bed, and the bathroom fit everything into about eight square feet. However, for how I travel, it was fine for a one-night stay for a solo traveler who was outside exploring Chefchaouen anyway. The blue city was such fun to walk around and photograph, particularly before and after the day crowds were there. My brief, one-day visit added a lot to my time in Morocco and was a unique experience in my travels. The real highlight for me, though, was the epic breakfast served on the rooftop terrace. This was three weeks ago, and I'm still thinking about it! The morning view from the terrace of the blue buildings climbing up the mountainside is simply gorgeous, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. My favorite was covering the miniature pancakes in the spreadable (sheep?) cheese with a drizzle of honey. Fantastic. Factoring in the setting and the food itself, this may have been my favorite meal during five weeks of travel.

As mentioned, the room was very small so just keep in mind what sort of traveler you are and whether you can live with that.
