Location was great in the medina. Staff welcoming. Nice breakfast on the terrace. Cute little room well decorated. Small bathroom with good shower. Great Air conditioning.
Reception open 24h. Little bag for our breakfast since we were leaving very early.
The coffee could be better, stronger

Service by the staff and breakfast was excellent.
There were only 3 rooms the night we stayed that were occupied. After checking in, we notified clerk there was no hot water. He advised he just turned on the tank when we arrived. We went to dinner and when we returned, the water was barely warm, maybe 80F. No hot water in the morning either. This was a problem as with the room rate we paid, this is a basic expectation. Rooms have no heat either and when we stayed, it was 38F outside so very chilly.
