Dar Solaiman is located in the middle of the Medina and is a nice property. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast on the roof deck was wonderful. The woman who made our breakfast and cleaned our rooms helped us with our laundry by allowing it to dry on her rooftop clothesline. This property is an excellent value!
It was a little noisy because it was in the Medina but not so noisy we couldn’t sleep. And everything was quiet by 11 pm.

Its location is perfect and you really do get to be submerged in the blue!
The bed is very hard and it was very cold. The air con unit did make the room warm, this is because of the time of year. The sun room where you have breakfast is lovely, it’s a real shame they don’t have comfy benches up there so you can sit in the evening and look at the stars or see the sun setting. There is a real fire up there so would of been cute x

its located in the medina, minutes away from practically anything
If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is not your place. We were located on a room by the stairs, every-time someone checks-in you have to listen to what the guests ate for breakfast the previous morning. Rooms are so close to each other and there is no proper insulation.
