Appartamento in buono stato, a 36 minuti a piedi dal centro di Pontedera tramite un sentiero. Dotato di tutti i servizi utili.
Pulizia davvero pessima. Ci è molto dispiaciuto constatare come l'igiene minima non fosse rispettata e aria viziata. Peccato perché per il resto è un buon appartamento ma davvero le pulizie sembravano non essere state fatte.
