Room was lovely, large, modern, plenty of storage, clean and included a very useful mini fridge - better value than expected for the price we paid. If you're mobility challenged or carrying a lot of luggage or arriving in rainy weather, the 2 flights of beautifully smooth stone stairs to the rooms may be a challenge.

Access to property is by key code only and owner wanted to communicate by WhatsApp only which was all fine, but we wound up waiting inside for quite a while before owner was able to message through our room number and where to find the room key. Also we never did get a response from owner confirming where we could safely and legally park, so hopefully we don't receive any fines after the fact. Only after directly asking the owner did we find out that tap water at the property isn't safe to drink, which would have been useful to know in advance to save us having to make a special trip just to buy bottled water. Property has multiple guest rooms on same floor, along with a large unequipped kitchen/dining area and sundeck - however the owner advised kitchen wasn't for guest use, so I wonder why it isn't simply locked off when individual rooms are rented instead of the whole building?

Struttura nuova e molto pulita

Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Durante il soggiorno, in pieno luglio con temperature esterne di circa 34 °C, l’aria condizionata non funzionava correttamente. Ho segnalato tempestivamente il problema al proprietario, ma, nonostante ciò, non è mai venuto di persona a verificare la situazione. Al contrario, ha attribuito il malfunzionamento a un presunto utilizzo non corretto da parte mia, senza effettuare alcun controllo. Avrei apprezzato maggiore attenzione verso il disagio segnalato e un intervento concreto per risolvere un problema così importante, soprattutto considerando le alte temperature.
