Very close to the Nostalgia festival. The appartment is large, it has a wonderful terrace, the bed is confortable. The checkin was done with key-box which is wonderful especially if you get there at unusual hours. We found plenty of parking places nearby. The view towards the lake is stunning.
We could have used more kitchen-stuff, but not a problem. You can find what you really need.

Plenty of space, good lightning, communication with the host was brief and clear. Kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook most of the meals, 2 AC units perfect to keep you cool. The balcony with lake view was cozy, perfect to start and end your day with a coffee/wine. The bed was comfortable, there noise was at tolerable levels even by sensitive people. Big TVs in both living room and bed room. Clean towels and enough consumables for the whole stay. The host even had the flat ready few hours earlier, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking spots at the location and quiet neighbourhood.
