The location is amazing! Perfect stay for families with all necessary facilities around, even a 24/7 shop at ground floor.
Close to the beach, bringing sand is inevitable - the flat was lacking mop; washing machine is there but no capsules for usage(of course won’t bring from home or buy a massive pack to wash once); no kettle to boil water; just one pan

Nice location, stayed in one of the partial sea view apartments, very spacious rooms, nice views. Parking right across the promenade, there's a luggage cart in lobby that you can use to easily carry your stuff.
The apartment is giving 'very neglected' vibes. At least the one we stayed in. 6th floor, partial sea view. Several broken or degraded things that could easily be fixed or replaced... Also, 100 sqm hallway and not one single place to hand your coat?

Very confortable studio, with modern facilities also in the kitchen and bathroom, good view, parking place for clients and nearby opened restaurants ( Sabroso and we like Blue Acqua).

There large insect problem, many small ants were in the front bedroom and the the hallways entry.
