Locația cu vederea atât către mare cat si spre lac. Amabilitatea gazdei.
Lipsa unui congelator (necesar, in cazul unei șederi mai îndelungate, vara). Distorsiuni repetate, mai ales seara, la programele tv. si la Internet.
