Luxury apartment with Vatican views

Location next to Vatican, all other major Rome attractions were within a 1 hour walk. (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc) Apartment was large, cool, well equipped. Communication with host excellent and friendly housekeeper met us on arrival with keys.

Stay was very comfortable, staff was helpful as we visited Rome from london our chargers were not working. They provided theirs instead of us buying it.

Air con are not that powerful. Due to heat outside i wish we had table fans as well.

The apartment features two fully equipped bathrooms and a kitchen with everything necessary; the rooms are very well soundproofed. The air conditioning handled the 39-degree outdoor temperatures excellently. You can see the dome of St. Peter's Basilica from the rooms. The apartment is very close to the Ottaviano – San Pietro – Musei Vaticani metro station—just a 5–10 minute walk away. There are many restaurants and shops nearby where you can buy food and souvenirs. Since our return flight was late in the evening, the host allowed us to check out in the afternoon for a very small fee. I highly recommend it.

Great sized apartment right next to Vatican City. Air conditioning was fantastic due to the heat and it was lovely and clean.

All good but it maybe would be nice to have some washing up liquid and coffee capsules for the machine as we didn’t want to buy these for a few days stay.
