Our stay was really great. Riccardo was approachable and helpful from the very beginning. He accommodated our request to separate the double bed into two single beds, and when the circuit breaker tripped while we were cooking, he responded immediately and helped us resolve the issue. The location of the apartment is excellent. For four people, it is a very comfortable and pleasant choice. Having stayed in this area before, we were initially a little concerned whether the apartment would really be quiet, despite being advertised as such. Fortunately, it was. Although it is right next to the Vatican Museums, the apartment was genuinely quiet both during the day and at night. This is a major advantage and makes it suitable for a longer stay, not just for one or a few nights. Another big plus was the air conditioning in every room. At the beginning of July, when temperatures in Rome reached around 33°C (fortunately not 36°C, but still very hot), it was very pleasant to spend time in the apartment. The kitchen is quite well equipped. During our week-long stay, we cooked only two or three times, and what was available was sufficient for our needs. We would have appreciated some information about what type of coffee to use with the coffee machine. It also took us a little while to find a broom, but eventually we did. Towels and basic toiletries were also provided. The internet connection worked very well. The key handover was very straightforward, with clear instructions from Riccardo, and returning the keys was equally simple. Our late-evening arrival was no problem, and Riccardo kindly allowed us to check out at 9:30 a.m., half an hour later than stated on Booking.com, and offered luggage storage for another two hours. We did not need these options in the end, but really appreciated the flexibility. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable week in Rome and were very happy with our choice of accommodation. We would gladly stay here again.

The overall cleanliness of the apartment was very good, although a little more attention to detail would have been appreciated. In particular, we found some dried food residue in the fridge and on the rubber table cover in the living room, which was a little unpleasant. We simply cleaned these ourselves before using them. The sofa could also use some attention. The upholstery had several large, visible stains that seemed to have accumulated over time. While this did not reflect the overall cleanliness of the apartment, it made the sofa rather uninviting to sit on and slightly reduced the overall impression. One small suggestion, based on our experience with similar accommodations in Rome: it would have been lovely to find a bottle of water and perhaps some crackers or something similar waiting for us on arrival, especially after arriving in the evening. Just a small touch that would have been very welcome.

Very pleasant accommodation near the center, good communication with the host Riccardo with respect for our privacy. We had a very good time there, we recommend the accommodation.
