Le parking souterrain la piscine sur le toit de l immeuble. La situation très proche centre historique et bord de mer. Appartement propre belles chambres et salle de bain grande fonctionnelle. La climatisation est la j'en venue après une journée de visites.
Ras, juste pour apporter des améliorations de confort: ajouter des lampes de chevet dans les chambres et une étagère dans une des 2 salle de bain pour poser ses articles. Ajouter un peu des assiettes, verres afin d éviter de faire la vaisselle ( ou d utiliser le lave vaisselle) tous les jours.
