Our penthouse is spread over two floors. The first floor houses everything you need for daily life: the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms; and on the top floor is the rooftop terrace, accessible via a spiral staircase.

This rooftop is as large as the house itself; it features a chill-out area, a breakfast table, a retractable awning for shade, views of the mountains and the village, an outdoor shower, and a laundry area.

We also have private parking, but access is difficult because the garage is very narrow; therefore, we recommend only small and compact cars. The problem with the garage space isn’t so much its size as the skill required to maneuver the car into it.

The location is unbeatable, as we’re situated right in the heart of town. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Antonia Guerrero, the Orchid Garden, and Plaza de las Flores. And it’s just over a 10-minute walk to the beach—perfect for taking a dip on a hot day!
