This was a truly exceptional stay. The Airbnb was spotless, very well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, which immediately created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The setting was peaceful and pleasant, making it easy to fully enjoy the experience and feel completely at ease throughout the stay. Having traveled around the world and with rather high European expectations for service and comfort, I can sincerely say this place is among the very best I have experienced. What stood out even more was Ella’s warmth and kindness, always welcoming, always smiling, and making the whole stay feel personal and positive. The level of service was outstanding from beginning to end, and the attention to detail was remarkable. It was a fantastic experience overall, and one I will remember very positively.

Really loved both the look of this hanok stay as well as all the accommodations. The large bath was amazing, the added tea set was so awesome to use, and the fridge had water, juice, and other snacks!! The host and all the workers were extremely kind—our host even brought snacks in the afternoon for us. Would absolutely stay here again, especially since the location is really great, as well!

Wow! Spending 2 nights here was one of the best decisions of our trip! The house is incredibly clean, the air conditioning is excellent, the rooms are spacious, great bathroom, plenty of kitchen supplies, and the hosts provided us fresh breakfast options each day in the room (including delicious local bread, baked goods, yogurt, and fruit). The neighborhood is enchanting - in the middle of a several block area full of hanok architecture, with a great cafe across the street. The outstanding and immersive location was within walking distance to the tombs, the main palace, Woljeonggyo Bridge, and the "observatory" (all of which are illuminated at night - something that all of the daytrips from Busan, etc miss). Our hosts were happy to use text or WhatsApp to send us recommendations, and get taxis for us to/from the train station. AND THE HOSTS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND when we lost our cell phone. In Seoul we discovered we had likely left a phone in the train station in Gyeongju- our hosts called the station, may have even gone to the station, found the phone, and the KTX train company delivered it to the Seoul train station lost and found. They communicated with us every step of the way wanting to make sure that we continued to not worry and enjoy our trip. I would give them 20 stars out of 10 if possible!
