H Avenue Hotel in Gyeongju

They didn’t answer my messages I wrote them in advance..

Simple yet quite satiating breakfast, comfortable beds, amazing interior design, a bathtub in the room, and a great location. It's close to everything you could want to do in the city. If you're arriving by train or bus, it's a 5-minute walk away. It's also within a 15-minute walk of all the tomb complexes.

There was a small misunderstanding between me and the hotel staff upon arrival. They thought I hadn’t paid for the room yet, so it took me a solid half an hour to get everything sorted out. The lady quickly apologised for the inconvenience though, which was very nice.

👍優點 1. 交通便利，步行3分鐘即達慶州市外巴士站；散步到皇理團路只需10分鐘左右。 2. 飯店附近有CU、GS25、Ediya Coffee、大創、emart24、炸雞店及餐廳。入夜後雖然不算熱鬧，但不至於人煙稀少，安靜不吵雜。 3. 格局方正，馬桶跟浴室分開，水壓超大；洗手台兼化妝台的鏡子超大片又沒有對床；吹風機風力很強。 4. 床鋪軟硬適中、好睡，枕頭沒有臭味。 //// 早上八點抵達，櫃台一片黑... 但玻璃窗上貼有韓文告示：「Check in&out前後皆可寄放行李，保管室位於電梯左側，無須通知櫃台人員即可寄放」 早上7~9點有提供免費早餐； 早餐用餐區往內走設有洗衣區，洗衣機跟烘乾機各一台，洗衣紙及烘乾紙必須跟櫃台購買，一組5000韓元。 並規定只能在早上9點到晚上10點使用，只要前面使用者洗超多衣服可能就排不上了...。 評論區有人說有電子衣櫥，但我這次住的豪華雙人房僅附一般開放式衣櫥，看來要特殊房型才有。 另外，這兩天遇到的是年紀稍長的櫃檯人員，雖然不苟言笑，但都還算貼心。

🦴 雞蛋挑骨頭 1. 櫃台不太像是24小時接待，太早或太晚有臨時需求時可能不太方便(晚上要買洗衣烘乾紙找半天才出現)。 2. 未回應booking.com上面的特殊需求。 3. 非拋棄式拖鞋，看起來有點髒污不敢用，赤腳踩在地板上沙沙的，建議自己帶拖鞋。 4. 插座位子都有點奇妙，像是床頭的插座剛好被床頭櫃擋住，要移開才可以使用。

Extreem onvriendelijke oudere vrouw bij de receptie bij check-in. Series kijken op haar telefoon was belangrijker dan de klant. Ontbijt was tot 09:30 beschikbaar, maar deur naar ontbijtzaaltje al om 09:00 dicht, door diezelfde onvriendelijke dame. Slordige afwerking. Na douchen badkamer compleet vol met water.
