Location was good
Very hard to navigate the stairs especially with heavy suitcases and a distance from allocated parking spots. I think mentioning this would have helped.

Great location. Everything you needed for a short stay. Bed great.
Noisy in the mornings when trying to sleep. Trucks, bin collections and cafe morning setups.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of Port Douglas. The room was bright, roomy and had a great happy vibe.
Just the check-in process was a little confusing to start with.
