The location was perfect close to everything. The pool amenities were excellent and the vibe at the pool was awesome. the outdoor balcony was also a bonus.

There could have been two sets of keys left in the locked box. Overall the apartment was a nice apartment however the furnishing and home decor was very outdated and could use a refresh. With updated furniture and decor the apartment would have been a 10/10. Also needed some repairs eg. In the bathroom near the bottom of the door frame there was a lot of rust evident that needed a lot of attention.

The overall property ( Hibiscus ) presented very well and extremely well maintained. Pool was excellent Gardens beautiful and Office staff very approachable.

WE expected more in the kitchen. For a 10 day stay it should have had a small oven and pantry to store our food. To have an offering of 3 knives, 3 forks 2 small spoons very limited. Very few plates (etc) and wood rot in bathroom at the base of toilet door. Needs to be repaired. For people who are aged in their 70s we found it extremely difficult to climb 3 flights of stairs on numerous occasions each day to get to our room. We would not have booked if this was flagged in original description of property
