Tutto perfetto!

Bell'appartamento al primo piano con ascensore, grande e accogliente. Cucina con tutto il necessario, bagno grande con la doccia e anche 2 balconi. Davvero a pochi passi dal mare e con intorno tutto ciò che serve, (supermercato, panetteria, bar ecc). Posto auto sotto casa, cosa non da poco a Genova. Host super disponibili e gentili, fanno di tutto per farti sentire accolto. Lo consiglio e molto probabilmente torneremo!

Super, nous l'avons adoré!

L'appartement est bien situé, il y a des commerces autour pour les provisions et la qualité est top! Le parking est un plus. Les trains partent régulièrement et le prix est correct.

Comme nous sommes venus pendant la période de Noël et nous adorons de regarder un film en famille.... le canapé et la télé ne sont pas bien alignés. c'est un petit truc, pas grave, on était assis sur les chaises, mais toute la famille sur le canapé c'est meilleur!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und perfekt für Familien geeignet. Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war sehr praktisch. Ein Supermarkt ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich erleichtert hat. Mit dem Auto ist die Lage ideal – einfach erreichbar und ruhig gelegen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Dusche war etwas verwirrend in der Bedienung, und es war nicht ganz einfach, die richtige Wassertemperatur einzustellen.

Fijn appartement in Pegli

Comfortabel appartement (ruim, schoon, rustig en met alle nodige voorzieningen). Gelegen in een relatief rustige wijk met vnl. locals dus niet veel toeristen. Genoeg winkels en horecagelegenheden in de wijk, als ook boulevard met zwemstrand. OV-connecties op loopafstand (trein, bus, ferry) naar het centrum van Genua. Goed contact met de beheerder die beschikbaar is voor vragen, ook gedurende het verblijf via Whatsapp.

De bussen zijn op sommige tijdstippen overvol, dus die zijn niet altijd een optie.

Замечательный отпуск в удобной и гостеприимной квартире

Замечательная квартира недалеко от моря. Рядом большой магазин. Хозяин очень подробно рассказал об особенностях квартиры, транспорте, ресторанах... У него даже целая папка составлена с нужной информацией для гостей! Марко помог решить разные вопросы и всегда оперативно реагировал, если нам нужна была помощь. Если мы ещё поедем в Геную, то с удовольствием остановимся в этой гостеприимной квартире!

Faptul ca a existat o taxa acunsa de 30 de euro pentru curatenia in apartament , taxa care nu era trecuta niciunde in anunt atunci cand am facut rezervarea , iar fara aceasta taxa platita , gazda nu a vrut sa ne lase in apartament . Una din camere este foarte mica , iar cele 2 paturi single , scartie si se pot rupe oricand . Lenjeria de pe pat avea un miros urat .

Un weekend lungo da ripetere

L'appartamento è molto grande, comodo e posizionato in un quartiere molto tranquillo. Il simpaticissimo host Luca è stato perfetto nel darci tutte le istruzioni utili e a rendersi disponibile per la durata del soggiorno anche se poi non ne abbiamo abusato. Il posto auto è certamente comodo, anche se è preferibile pensare di utilizzare i vari mezzi di trasporto pubblici disponibili in zona (dalla Nave Bus sino al Treno) perché può capitare che in determinate ore della giornata non si abbia subito la disponibilità. La posizione è certamente ottimale per direzionarsi con comodità verso la Riviera di Ponente e oltre o per le Cinque Terre utilizzando direttamente il treno: per la visita della città bisogna calcolare con più attenzione i tempi di spostamento a meno che non ci si avventuri in auto.

Appartamento curato nei particolari e dotato di tutti i comfort. Cucina molto attrezzata, camere comode e bagno ok. Check-in comodissimo. Siamo stati molto bene.
