Luxury and large apartment with a new and modern renovation, new furniture, a beautiful new bathroom, necessary appliances, a modern and comfortable kitchen. There are all amenities. Very friendly hostess of the apartment! Great location: close to the beach, supermarkets, bus stop and railway stop! You can get to any point without any problems. We really liked it. I liked the city itself and many neighboring beautiful places. Next time we also want to rent this accommodation. We recommend it!

La proprietaria è super gentile, ci ha aspettati personalmente per consegnarci le chiavi ed accompagnarci in camera. L'alloggio è nuovo, ben arredato e ben attrezzato, il posto ideale per un soggiorno in coppia o con bambini

- Sehr freundlicher, persönlicher Kontakt mit den Gastgebern - Absolut neuwertige Ausstattung (frisch renoviert) - Guter, durchdachter Grundriss der Wohnung - Strategisch günstige Lage (wenige Schritte zum Meer)

- Wohnung direkt an einer Bahnstrecke (nicht sehr laut, aber bemerkbar)

Altissima qualità a un prezzo onesto

- la posizione: è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia - la pulizia: tutto veramente pulito e curato anche nei minimi dettagli - l'oste: Linda è veramente gentile e disponibile - i vicini: gentili e cordiali

La finestra della camera da letto affaccia sui binari ferroviari, con le finestre aperte potrebbe risultare un po' rumoroso. Ma garantiamo che con finestre chiuse -c'è anche il condizionatore - ed eventualmente tappi per le orecchie non sarà un problema, anche perché di notte passeranno due treni al massimo.

Soggiorno a Pegli

Appartamento molto pulito e organizzato nei particolari...proprietaria molto gentile e premurosa..letto molto comodo, all'interno di una palazzina interna nella località di Pegli... nelle vicinanze ottimi Bar per fare gustose colazioni anche con la famosissima focaccia!

Purtroppo si sentiva il passaggio dei treni che per fortuna di notte non transitano. comunque basta usare eventualmente un paio di buoni tappi per superare il problema..

Weekend a Genova

Appartamento spazioso e nuovo di ristrutturazione, presente tutto ciò che è necessario sia in cucina sia in bagno, siamo stati solo una notte ma sarebbe perfetto anche per trascorrere più giorni.. Zona vicinissima a lungomare e ristoranti, parcheggio in strada strisce bianche.

Iniziale difficoltà a trovare il numero civico, segnalato correttamente da Maps ma un po' nascosto, per il resto tutto perfetto
