Appartement très agréable. La propriétaire est très sympathique et réactive. L'appartement n'a pas de climatisation, mais même pendant la canicule il n'était pas si chaud que ça. Nous avons pu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes (l'environnement est plutôt calme) sans problème. Très bien situé (5 min à pied du métro) et plusieurs petits commerces et restos dans le quartier. Je recommande.
Rien. Juste une question: nous sommes arrivés en voiture et heureusement au mois d'août, le stationnement est gratuit, donc c'était parfait. Mais le reste du temps il faut utiliser un disque (fourni par la propriétaire) qui ne permet de stationner qu'1h30 max (si j'ai bien compris). Si on n'avait pas été en août, je ne sais pas comment on aurait fait. Il faudrait peut être le préciser.

Appartement agréable bien aménagé ! Karine est très réactive. À côté de la ligne 13 donc très pratique.
